SAVORY BACON STUFFED MUSHROOMS

15 medium to large mushrooms
1/2 lb bacon, diced and cooked until crisp
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz) can pitted ripe olives, chopped
Dash garlic powder
Seasoned bread crumbs

Wipe mushrooms clean and arrange cavity side up in baking dish. Saute onion, garlic and mushroom s stems in bacon grease.

In a bowl, combine sauteed mixture, reserved bacon and remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Stuff caps with mixture and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
