HONEY-GARLIC MARINADE

3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch and soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp dry sherry
2 crushed garlic cloves

Bring sauce to a boil. Cool to room temperature. In self-sealing bag, combine with 4 pork chops to bag; seal and refrigerate overnight before grilling.
