Shelly's Recipe

SPICY HERB DIP

Category: Dips - Cold

1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
4 sprigs fresh cilantro, chopped fine or 2 tsp dried cilantro
2 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped fine or 1 tsp dried parsley
At least a fist full of fresh garlic, chopped fine
Juice from 1/2 lime or 1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp cracked pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 sweet red pepper, chopped fine
1/2 medium sweet onion, chopped fine
2 Jalapeno or Chipotle peppers, chopped or 2 tbsp Jalapeno sauce

Prepare at least 3 hours prior to serving. Mix all and refrigerate. Great dip for veggies or chips.
