2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup orange juice and teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 lbs beef round roast, about 1 inch thick
Hot cooked rice
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a resealable bag. Add roast and seal bag. Refrigerate for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 325. Place roast and marinade in a Dutch oven and bake for 35-45 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 145 degrees. Allow to rest before slicing beef thin. Serve beef and sauce over cooked rice and sprinkle with onion slices. Serves 8
