GRILLED STEAK SOFT TACOS

2 (12 oz) boneless chuck shoulder steaks, cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick
2 tbsp coarsely chopped cilantro
1pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 cup A-1 steak sauce
12 (6 inch) flour tortillas
Toppings of choice
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and onion, sour cream, guacamole, salsa
In a small bowl, combine cilantro, salad dressing mix and cumin. Press evenly on both sides of the steaks and place them in a resealable plastic bag along with the steak sauce; turning bag to coat. Seal and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade and discard marinade.
Grill steaks over medium coals., uncovered, about 18 minutes for medium doneness, turning occasionally. Carve steaks crosswise into thin slices. Serve in tortillas with desired toppings. Serves 6
