BAKED RICE WITH GREEN CHILES

3 cup cooked rice
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese
Pinch of ground red chiles, to taste, optional
2 (4 oz ea) cans green chiles; chopped, and drained

Preheat the oven to 350. Mix all the ingredients in an ungreased 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until done. This could be assembled ahead of time. Serves 8
