GRECIAN SKILLET RIB EYE

5 1/2 tsp garlic powder and dried oregano, crushed
1 1/2 tsp dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 lb rib eye steak
1 tbsp olive oil and lemon juice
2 tsp crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp chopped kalamata or ripe olives

Combine first 5 ingredients; rub onto all sides of steaks. Pour oil in skillet, place over medium heat until hot. Add steaks, cook 10-14 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice; top with cheese and olives. Serves 2-4
