Base
1 pkg devils food cake mix
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 egg
Filling
1 cup raspberry preserves
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 (12 oz) pkg vanilla milk chips, melted
Glaze
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a jelly-roll pan. In a large bowl, combine all base ingredients; mix until crumbly. Press in bottom of greased pan. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until crust puffs and appears dry. Cool 5 minutes. Spread preserves over base. Cool 25 minutes or until completely cooled.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add warm melted chips; beat until smooth. Carefully spread over preserves.
In a small saucepan, melt glaze ingredients, stirring constantly until smooth. Drizzle over filling. Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting into bars. Serve chilled. Store in refrigerator.
