SPINACH CHEESE CASSEROLE

3 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1large onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened and cubes
6 tbsp Feta cheese
1/4 lb Muenster cheese
1 pkg. phyllo dough
1 cup butter for phyllo dough, melted
Saute onion in butter until well done; add spinach. Add eggs to cheese and mix well, this will be similar to a batter. Add this batter to spinach and onion and mix well. Put half phyllo dough in bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish. Be sure to butter the top side of each pastry sheet. Add filling.
Put other half of phyllo dough (again, butter each one) on top of filling and tuck sides of dough under bottom on each side. Brush the extra melted butter on top. Cut into squares before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. this may be served hot or cold.
