MARINADE for SHRIMP

1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup sherry
3 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp kosher salt, pepper,
dried rosemary and oregano
2 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch cayenne pepper or 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce

Combine ingredients in a resealable. Add peeled and deveined shrimp of your choice. Marinate 2-3 hours. Thread shrimp on soaked bamboo skewers, barbecue 3-4 minutes per side, until done.
