SPINACH CASSEROLE

3 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg onion soup mix
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tsp butter
1/4 cup bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese

Mix sour cream, soup mix and bacon. Toss with spinach and mix well. Put mixture in a 2 quart casserole. Melt butter and stir in crumbs and grated cheese. Spread on toss and bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes.
