MARINADE for GRILLED PORK CHOPS

1/4 cup Honey, Barbeque Sauce, Dijon Mustard and Vegetable (or Olive) Oil
2 tsp Rosemary
Pepper, to taste

Stir ingredients thoroughly, pour over pork chops into a 1-gallon zipper bag (make sure the chops are thoroughly covered with the marinade). Seal and allow to marinade for 1 hour at room temp or overnight in the fridge.

When ready to grill, lightly pat the pork with a paper towel to remove excess liquid (or the pork may stick to your grill). Grill until firm but do not over cook. Will marinade up to 8 chops.
