MARINADE for FLANK STEAK/LONDON BROIL

Category: Marinades

1/4 cup oil (any variety) and honey
2 tbsp diced scallions and vinegar (any variety)
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced

Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Makes about 1 cup of marinade.
