CHICKEN BASTING SAUCE

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp red wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 clover garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper and black pepper

Combine in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter melts; set aside. Use to baste the chicken the last 10 minutes of cooking.
