SPINACH ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

2 (6 oz) jars marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
3 (10 oz) boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter

Butter a 13x9 inch baking pan. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add milk and pepper; mix again. Stir in spinach and artichokes. Put half spinach mixture into dish then sprinkle with half the parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
