TOUCHDOWN PUNCH

3 cups orange juice -- chilled
1 1/3 cups rum, tequila, or vodka
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
Ice
In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients except ice; stir to dissolve sugar. Serve in tall glasses over ice. Serves 6
