STUFFED MUSHROOMS III

24 medium mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
2 green onions, chopped fine
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt and Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Combine all the chopped items with the cheese. Blend thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients, blend thoroughly. Spoon mixture into caps mounding slightly in center. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
