FILLETS WITH HERBED GARLIC CHEESE TOPPING

Category: Beef Steaks

4 (6 oz) fillets, about 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick

Herbed Garlic Cheese Topping
1 (7 oz) container herb and garlic cheese spread
2 tbsp whipping cream or half-and-half
1/4 to 1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1 (5 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Prepare grill and cooked steaks over medium heat for 14-25 minutes, or to desired doneness.

Herb Garlic Cheese Topping: Combine ingredients and shape into a log. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Place slices of topping over steaks.
