Shelly's Recipe

CHICKEN MARINADE

1 1/4 cups oil
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup lemon juice

Blend ingredients in a blender. Marinade chicken in refrigerator 6-8 hours.

NOTE: This marinade is also good for pork.
