SOUTHERN BBQ RUB

2 tbsp each salt, sugar, brown sugar, ground cumin chili powder and black pepper
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
4 tbsp paprika

Combine all ingredients and blend in a blender. Store in a tight fitting jar and in a dry area.
