CHEESY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE - Crock pot

2 pkg (10 oz each) chopped broccoli
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
1 1/4 cups (5 oz) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 cup crushed potato chips and saltine crackers

Lightly grease crock pot. Combine broccoli, soup, 1 cup cheese, onion and pepper sauce in crock pot; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours or on HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Sprinkle chips and remaining 1/4 cup cheese over broccoli mixture. Cook, uncovered, on LOW 30 to 60 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 4-6

Note For a crispy topping, transfer casserole to a baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and crackers. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400.
