INSIDE-OUT STUFFED CHICKEN - Easy

1 (8 oz) pkg corn bread stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lbs) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

In a large bowl combine stuffing mix and melted butter; toss well.

In medium bowl stir together soup and milk. Dip chicken into soup mixture then into stuffing, pressing with hands to coat. Place on ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Serves 4
