PEANUT LOVERS DREAM BARS

3 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp butter, melted
1 bag Dove chocolate hearts, melted
2 cups Snickers miniatures, chopped, divided
1/2 cup butter and chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar and packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup melted caramel squares or ice cream topping

Crust: Toss together first 3 ingredients and press into the bottom of a 12x9 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until firm. Spread melted chocolate over crust and sprinkle over with half chopped Snickers. Let set in refrigerator about 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.

Peanut Butter Cookie Layer: Cream next 6 ingredients together until creamy. Add flour and baking soda. Spread over candy layer and bake an additional 30-25 minutes or until light brown. Drizzle caramel on top and scatter remaining chopped Snickers, pressing into caramel. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
