SUNSHINE SPINACH SALAD

1 envelope Good Seasons Honey Mustard Salad dressing mix
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 cup water
3 oranges or tangerines sectioned.
1/2 tsp grated orange peel (optional)
1 pkg baby spinach
1 small red onion, thinly sliced, if desired
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Prepare salad dressing mix with vinegar, orange juice and water as directed on envelope, substituting orange juice for the 2 tablespoons water and adding orange peel. Mix spinach, orange sections, onion and turkey bacon in large bowl. Add dressing; toss lightly. Serve immediately.
