2 lbs stew beef, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 can whole mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup red wine
Combine all ingredients in crock pot; mix well. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
