GINGERED ALMONDS

2 tbsp butter - melted
1 cup blanched almonds
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Preheat oven to 350. Toss the blanched almond with the melted butter to coat evenly, then spread the nut in one layer on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with salt and ginger, and toss to coat. Makes 1 Cup
