DREAMY CHOCOLATE FROSTING

1 (6 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup honey
1/2 pint whipping cream

Melt first 3 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Let cool to room temperature (do not put in the refrigerator). Whip cream until soft peaks form. Carefully stir in cooled chocolate. Frost cake and store in the refrigerator. NOTE: Better if made and chilled overnight.
