ICE CREAM CAKE

1 (10 inch) angel food cake
2 quarts strawberry ice cream, softened
4 cups confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 pint strawberries, sliced

Slice cake in half horizontally. Spread softened ice cream on bottom layer. Put top layer on top of ice cream. Freeze cake for 45 minutes.

Mix cream cheese and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy. About 15 minutes before serving, remove cake from freeze and spread cream cheese mixture over top and sides. Garnish with strawberries.
