HOT CHEESE AND CRAB DIP

Category: Dips - Seafood Hot

1 (10 oz) brick sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces
1 (8 oz) pkg sliced sharp American cheese
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup white wine
1 (7 1/2 oz) can crab meat, flaked and cartilage removed

In a saucepan combine cheeses with milk. Stir constantly over low heat until cheeses melt. Stir in wine and crab. Heat through and serve in a chafing dish with bread cubes or wheat crackers.
