BETTER THAN LOVE CAKE

3 cups flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 small boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
6 cups milk
1 small container frozen whipped topping for frosting

Combine the flour, sugar, butter and pecans and press into a 15x20 baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Mix the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 2 cups whipped topping together and spread over the COOLED crust. Beat together the pudding and the 6 cups milk until combined and spread over the cream cheese layer. Frost with the small container of whipped topping.
