Brownie
1 cup butter
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
2 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
6 large eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt

Filling
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
2 tbsp milk

Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of 13 x 9inch square pan. Set aside. Brownie: Melt butter and chocolates in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth (4 to 7 minutes) Remove from heat; stir in 2 1/2 cups sugar and vanilla. Add 6 eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add flour and salt; mix just until all ingredients are moistened and brownie mixture is smooth but do not over-mix. Spread half of brownie mixture into prepared pan.

Filling: Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, 1 egg and milk in small mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy (1 to 2 minutes). Dollop peanut butter mixture over brownie mixture. Spoon remaining brownie mixture over peanut butter mixture. Swirl brownie mixture and peanut butter mixture with knife. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely; cut into bars. Store refrigerated.
