1 1/2 lbs boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tbsp Butter
1 (20-oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup fat free Italian salad dressing
2 tsp dried oregano leaves
3 cups hot cooked rice
Melt butter in 12 inch skillet until sizzling; add beef pieces. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned (2 to 3 minutes). Remove from skillet. Place beef in crock pot. Top with pineapple and bell pepper.
Pour barbecue sauce and salad dressing over mixture in crock pot; sprinkle with oregano. Cover; cook on Low heat setting for 5 to 7 hours, or on High heat setting for 3 to 4 hours or until meat is tender.
