*SAUCY POTATO CASSEROLE*

Category: Hash Brown Potatoes/Casseroles

8 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
1 jar chez whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp seasoned salt
Buttered bread crumbs

Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 to 20 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chez whiz, soup, and seasoned salt in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated stirring often. Pour over potatoes mixing well. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Spoon into greased 21/2 quart casserole.Bake350 for 25 minutes until bubbly. 10 servings.
