PECAN CARAMEL CLUSTERS

1 (14 oz) pkg caramels
2 tbsp water and butter
2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate candy and white candy coating, coarsely chopped

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramels, water and butter. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in pecans. Drop by tbspfuls onto greased baking sheet. Freeze 15-20 minutes or until set.

Combine candy coatings and melt, stirring until smooth. Dip caramel clusters in coating; place on wax paper-lined baking sheets. Chill until firm. Makes about 2 lbs.
