SAVORY FETA CHEESE

2 (8 oz) blocks feta cheese
3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp chopped chives
2 tsp cracked pepper
4 (1/4”) slices lemon
1/3 cup olive oil

Tear off 1 (18x12) sheet of foil. Place cheese in center of foil and sprinkle with spices; top with lemon slices. Pour oil over cheese. Fold oil to form a packet. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes. Serves with crackers. Makes 10 servings
