TO DIE FOR POT ROAST - Crock Pot

1 beef roast, any cut, to fit size of crock pot
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 pkg Italian Dressing mix
3/4 cup water
2 onions, quartered and sliced
Potatoes and carrots, peeled and quartered

Combine mixes well and sprinkle over roast in pot. Pour water into bottom of pot. Top with onion slices. After about 4 hours, add potatoes and carrots in the crock pot. Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
