Shelly's Recipe

SUN-DRIED TOMATO DIP

10 oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream and mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove
2 scallions, thinly sliced

Puree ingredients until smooth. Serve on tasted bread slices.
