PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

1 cup melted and cooled butter
2 cups peanut butter
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cup chopped peanut nuts
1 lb powdered sugar
1 lb chocolate chips

Cream the butter and peanut butter, add the graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Add the sugar and mix well. Make 1 inch balls.

Refrigerate them before coating them in the chocolate. Melt 1 lbof chocolate in a double boiler and dip peanut butter balls. Then drop onto waxed paper and refrigerate to set.
