PECAN CRUSTED BAKED SALMON

1 1/2 lb salmon fillet
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
2 1/2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Preheat over to 350. Grease oven safe baking pan with oil. Place salmon fillet skin side down and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix pecans, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice in bowl. Spread on salmon. Bake in over for 20 minutes.
