1 pkg spinach soup mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts, toasted
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
Combine all. Chill, if desired. Serve with your favorite dippers. (We like veggies and breadsticks). MAKES 3 cups dip
