PORK TENDERLOIN SANDWICHES

1 3/4 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 4 serving-size pieces
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp onion salt, garlic salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp milk
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Cooking oil, heated for deep frying
4 large buns
Toppings: ketchup, mustard, onion slices and sliced dill pickles
Preheat oven to 300. Place pork slices between plastic wrap. Working from center, lb lightly with flat side of meat mallet to 1/4 inch thickness. Remove from plastic wrap.
In one dish, combine flour and seasonings. In a second dish, stir together eggs and milk. Place bread crumbs in another. Dip tenderloin slices in flour mixture, then egg mixture and lastly, bread crumbs. Make sure they are evenly coated.
Drop into hot oil and fry for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Place cooked tenderloin slices on a baking sheet to keep warm while cooking remaining slices. Serve with buns and toppings. Serves 4
