MILANO SHRIMP FETTUCINE

4 oz fettuccine
1/2 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 (14 1/2 oz) can chunky tomatoes
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Drain. Cook shrimp and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet until shrimp are pink and opaque. Stir in tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend in cream and green onion. Heat through but do not boil. Serve over hot pasta. Serves 3
