HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN

1/4 cup honey
1 tsp grated orange peel
2 tbsp orange juice
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced
Dash salt and pepper
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Mix first 7 ingredients. Rinse chicken; pat dry. Grill, skin side up, uncovered, over medium coals for 35-45 minutes or until done. Turn chicken over half of the grilling time and brush often with the honey mixture during the last 10 minutes. Bring remaining sauce to a boil and serve with the chicken. Serves 4
