CHOCOLATE CHIP FROSTING

1 1/2 cups sugar
6 tbsp milk and butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips and chopped nuts

Place first 3 ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1/2 minute after mixture comes to a rolling boil. Take off stove and add chocolate chips. Beat until chocolate chips are melted and spreadable. It will set up once it cools. Sprinkle nuts on top.
