STEAK HOUSE STYLE MARINADE

1/2 cup dark beer
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp steak sauce your choice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper

Whisk together beer and remaining ingredients until blended. Use immediately or cover and chill until ready to use. If chilled let stand at room temperature then whisk it. Note: Will marinade 1 1-lb. boneless sirloin steak or other tough cuts of beef.
