MARINATED PORK CHOP I

Category: Pork 1 - Chops and Steaks

4 pork loin chops
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp marjoram and powdered ginger

Mix all ingredients together to make a great marinade for pork loin chops. Marinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
