MEMPHIS STYLE BASTING SAUCE FOR RIBS

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Memphis dry marinade (see recipe files)
2 cups red wine vinegar and water
1/2 tsp hot sauce

Combine well ad baste ribs every half hour or so. Keeps well in a gallon glass bottle.
