GLAZED MEATBALLS

Category: Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup minced onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp pepper

Glaze
1/2 cup bottled chili sauce
3/4 cup grape jelly

Combine ingredients for meatballs; mix well and shape into small balls. Brown in a skillet and drain on paper towels.

Combine glaze ingredients in a saucepan; stir well. Add meatballs; simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
