CRAB DIP II

6 oz of crabmeat picked through to remove shell
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
Juice of half a lemon
1/8 of a cup of chopped chives
Salt and white pepper to taste

In a sauce pan over low heat combine cream cheese and butter stir until melted and smooth. Add crabmeat, lemon juice, and chives. Stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to chafing dish or crockpot on low heat. Serve with assorted crackers or fritos.
