Shelly's Recipe

WHISKEY GRILLED CHICKEN

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup whiskey
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup grainy mustard
1/4 cup grated white onion
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 cup dark brown sugar firmly packed
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Sliced onions and bell peppers

Combine all ingredients except chicken and blend well. Marinate chicken in marinade in the refrigerator at least 2 hours. Remove from marinate and grill 8 minutes on each side. Top with sliced onions and bell peppers.
